Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and Play Master(“we,” “our,” or “us”) governing your access to and use of the Play Mastermobile application and associated services (collectively, the “Service”).

By downloading, installing, registering for, or otherwise using our Service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age (or 16 years of age if you are in the European Economic Area), that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Play Masteris a free-to-use mobile application available on the Google Play Store that allows users to earn virtual coins (“Coins”) by:

  • Playing games including Tic-Tac-Toe against an AI bot
  • Spinning the Lucky Wheel for coin rewards
  • Opening Lucky Boxes
  • Watching reward videos
  • Completing advertiser tasks (app installations, website visits, etc.)
  • Inviting friends through the referral programme

Coins may be redeemable for real-world rewards subject to the conditions outlined in these Terms. The availability, value, and redemption options for Coins are determined solely by us and may change at any time.

3. Account Registration & Eligibility

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. Users in the EEA must be at least 16 years old unless parental consent has been provided.

3.2 One Account Per Device & Person

You are permitted to maintain only one (1) Play Master account per person and per device. We use your Android Device ID to enforce this policy. Creating multiple accounts to earn additional Coins, manipulate rankings, or circumvent restrictions is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. We reserve the right to permanently ban all accounts associated with the same device or user.

3.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately at info@playmaster.app if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

3.4 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and to update such information to keep it accurate. We reserve the right to terminate accounts registered with false or misleading information.

4. Virtual Currency (Coins)

4.1 Nature of Coins

Coins are virtual tokens with no monetary value and do not constitute property, currency, or legal tender. Coins exist solely within the Play Master Service and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Service. Coins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.2 Earning Coins

Coins are earned through legitimate use of the Service as described in Section 2. Coin rewards are subject to daily limits, eligibility criteria, and verification requirements set by us and may be modified at any time without notice. We reserve the right to:

  • Adjust Coin earning rates at any time
  • Impose daily, weekly, or monthly earning caps
  • Revoke Coins earned through fraudulent, illegitimate, or suspicious activity
  • Require verification before processing redemption requests

4.3 Coin Expiry

Coins may expire if your account is inactive for 12 consecutive months. We will provide reasonable notice before any mass expiry event. Coins in accounts that are banned, suspended, or terminated for violations of these Terms will be forfeited without compensation.

4.4 No Coin Purchase

We do not currently offer the ability to purchase Coins with real money. All Coins must be earned through legitimate in-app activities.

5. Rewards & Redemptions

5.1 Redemption Eligibility

To redeem Coins for rewards, you must: (a) have a verified account in good standing; (b) meet the minimum Coin threshold for the selected reward; (c) have not violated these Terms; and (d) comply with any additional verification requirements we may impose.

5.2 Reward Availability

Reward options, values, and availability are subject to change without notice. We do not guarantee the availability of any specific reward at any time. Rewards are issued at our sole discretion and are subject to stock availability, supplier terms, and applicable laws.

5.3 Processing Time

Redemption requests are processed within 7–14 business days. We reserve the right to conduct additional verification, which may extend processing times. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment or delivery providers.

5.4 Fraud Prevention

We employ robust fraud detection measures. If we have reason to believe that a redemption request was earned through fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to withhold, delay, or cancel the reward and take appropriate action against the account.

6. Tasks & Advertiser Offers

Certain Coin-earning opportunities involve third-party advertiser offers, including app downloads, app installs, website visits, and similar actions (“Tasks”).

  • Task completion is verified through technical means, including app install detection.
  • Coins are credited only upon successful verification of task completion.
  • Each Task may be completed only once per user and per device.
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers.
  • Completing a Task does not create any relationship between you and the advertiser.
  • Task offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.

7. Advertisements

Play Master is a free service supported by advertising revenue. By using the Service, you agree to the display of advertisements, including native ads, rewarded video ads, and banner ads served by our advertising partners (Google AdMob/Ad Manager and TradPlus).

You agree not to: interfere with ads, use ad-blocking tools that impair ad delivery, artificially inflate ad impressions or clicks, or take any action that manipulates our advertising systems.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

8.1 Account & Reward Fraud

  • Creating multiple accounts to earn additional Coins
  • Using automated bots, scripts, macros, or other automated means to interact with the Service
  • Manipulating game mechanics, reward systems, or task verification
  • Using VPNs, proxies, or device emulators to circumvent restrictions
  • Sharing accounts or credentials with other users
  • Exploiting bugs or technical vulnerabilities for unearned Coins

8.2 Technical Violations

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the App
  • Modifying, adapting, or creating derivative works based on the App
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems or networks
  • Introducing malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Scraping or data mining our Service without express written permission

8.3 General Conduct

  • Using the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Impersonating any person or entity
  • Harassing, abusing, or threatening other users or our staff
  • Posting or transmitting any content that is unlawful, defamatory, or offensive
  • Using the Service in violation of any applicable laws or regulations

9. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, game mechanics, and sound effects — are owned by or licensed to Play Master and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Termination & Suspension

10.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by submitting a deletion request through the Account Deletion page or by contacting us at info@playmaster.app. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be removed within 30 days, subject to legal retention requirements.

10.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, without notice or liability, if we determine in our sole discretion that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. Upon termination:

  • All Coins in your account will be immediately forfeited
  • Pending redemption requests may be cancelled
  • Your access to the Service will be revoked
  • We may block the device associated with your account from creating new accounts

11. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

11.1 Service “As Is”

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE OPERATION. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

11.2 Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PLAY MASTER, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST COINS, OR DATA LOSS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST 12 MONTHS (IF ANY) OR (B) USD $10.

11.3 Coin & Reward Disclaimer

We make no guarantee regarding the availability, continuity, or value of Coins or rewards. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or terminate the reward programme at any time. Loss of Coins due to account termination, technical errors, or Service discontinuation shall not entitle you to any compensation.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Play Master and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any rights of a third party; or (d) your fraud or wilful misconduct.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as applicable under local law.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by updating the “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, by in-app notification or email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service.

15. Miscellaneous

  • Entire Agreement: These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
  • Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
  • Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
  • Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights without restriction.
  • Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control.
